Evertz Offers Tutorial Session on Small Footprint / High-Channel Count Head End Design |

During the SCTE’s CableTec Expo 2008 “Vendor Hospitality Suites” event, Evertz will offer tutorial sessions on “Small Footprint/High Channel Count Head End Design” specifically targeted at Cable MSO organizations during the Vendor Hospitality Evening Session.
The sessions, on Thursday, June 26, from 6 – 8pm, in the Convention Center-adjoining Philadelphia Marriott Hotel, Conference Room 307, will hi-light new, emerging solutions, allowing 100s of main and back-up channel (via IP, ASI or 8VSB inputs) decoding with video / audio proc’ing and automatic changeover features. Packaged in a 1RU enclosure, with SNMP interfacing, Evertz will present an efficient decode solution, that offers a NTSC analog output and minimizes integration effort with a complete monitoring and control environment.
Further, other integrated, cost-effective solutions from Evertz will also be introduced to interested visitors, followed by an informal question/answer period with key product managers, attending and presenting at this tutorial session.
The first session will commence at 6:15pm, the second at 7:15pm. Food and beverages will be provided.
